Union Minister for MSME, Narayan Rane launched the MSME RuPay Credit Card. He also announced establishment of MSME-Technology Centre at Sindhudurg.

Defence News:

The latest edition of Indian Navy’s multilateral exercise MILAN 2022 has commenced from 25th February in Visakhapatnam. Milan,2022 is being conducted over a duration of 09 days in two phases with the harbour phase scheduled from 25th to 28 February and Sea Phase from 01 to 04 March.

A joint military exercise, EX DHARMA GUARDIAN-2022, between India and Japan will be conducted at Foreign Training Node, Belagavi in Karnataka from 27th February to 10th of March. Exercise DHARMA GUARDIAN is an annual training event which is being conducted in India since 2018.

International News:

The High Commission of India in Dhaka formally launched the Suborno Jayanti Scholarship website.

British airlines have been banned from landing at Russia’s airports and from crossing its airspace.

National News:

Ministry of Education has launched a Bhasha Certificate Selfie Campaign to encourage cultural diversity and promote multilingualism and to foster the spirit of Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat. Bhasha Certificate Selfie initiative aims to promote Bhasha Sangam mobile app, developed by Ministry of Education and MyGov India. Using the app, people can learn 100 sentences of daily use in 22 scheduled Indian languages.

State News:

Meghalaya Chief Secretary R. V. Suchiang launched online reporting system of State Food Commission.
