Awards and Honors:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 24th January 2022 presented the Prime Minister’s National Child Award (PM Rashtriya Bal Puraskar) to 29 students of different fields in a function organized on the occasion of National Girl Child Day and Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav. In which innovation (7), social service (4), educational (1), sports (8), art culture (6) and bravery (3) are included. 15 boys and 14 girls were among the award winners from 21 states and union territories.
Koozhangal from India won the best film award in the Asian Film Competition section at the 20th Dhaka International Film Festival. This film was directed by P S Vinothraj.

National News:
Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya on 24th January 2022 launched the revamped Central Government Health Scheme CGHS website and mobile app. The website is www.cghs.gov.in and the mobile app is called “MyCGHS”.
Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, in association with ICEA on 24th January 2022 released a 5-year roadmap and Vision Document for the electronics sector. It is titled “300 billion dollar Sustainable Electronics Manufacturing & Exports by 2026”. This roadmap is the second volume of a two-part Vision Document – the first of which was released in November 2021.
