NPCIL Deputy Manager Educational Qualification 2025

Deputy Manager (HR)

➡️ Graduation in any discipline with at least 60% marks.

➡️ PLUS a 2-year full-time MBA, Post Graduate Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Master of Management Studies, MSW, or Integrated MBA from a UGC/AICTE-recognized institution.

➡️ Specialization in HR/HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/Social Welfare.

➡️ Dual specialization is accepted if one is in the above areas.


Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts – F&A)

➡️ Graduation in any discipline with a minimum of 60% marks.

➡️ PLUS a 2-year full-time MBA, PG Degree, PG Diploma, or MMS with specialization in Finance, OR CA/CMA/CFA qualification (Pass class).

➡️ Dual specialization is allowed if one subject is Finance.


Deputy Manager (Contracts & Materials Management – C&MM)

➡️ Engineering degree in any branch from a recognized university.

➡️ PLUS a 2-year full-time MBA, PG Degree, PG Diploma, or MMS in Materials Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or Inventory Control.

➡️ Minimum 60% marks required in all degrees.

➡️ Candidates with both Engineering and PG qualifications may get up to 5 advance increments at recruitment.


Deputy Manager (Legal)

➡️ Full-time LLB with at least 60% marks from a Bar Council of India–recognized university.

➡️ Must be registered with State Bar Council or Bar Council of India.

➡️ Should possess 3 years of post-qualification practical experience at Bar or in any reputed organization with exposure to Company, Civil, or Labour Laws.

➡️ Experienced candidates may receive advance increments during selection.


Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)

➡️ Master’s Degree in Hindi with English, or vice versa, as a compulsory/elective subject.

➡️ OR Master’s in any other subject with Hindi/English as compulsory subjects or medium of examination.

➡️ PLUS a Diploma/Certificate in Translation (Hindi ↔ English) OR 2 years of translation experience in Government/PSU offices.


Special Notes

➡️ For PwBD candidates, the minimum qualification mark is 55% instead of 60%.

➡️ Candidates must have passed all qualifying exams before 27 November 2025 (application deadline).

➡️ Computer proficiency (MS Office, Windows) is desirable.

➡️ Only approved degrees/diplomas from UGC/AICTE-recognized institutions are valid.

Additional Notes

➡️ Candidates eligible for more than one category of relaxation can combine benefits, subject to a maximum of 56 years.

➡️ No age limit for current NPCIL employees meeting all eligibility criteria.

➡️ Reserved category candidates applying for unreserved posts will not get relaxation benefits.


Experience Requirement

➡️ Only post-qualification experience will be counted.

➡️ Internship/training will not be considered as experience.

➡️ Preference may be given to candidates with institutional experience.
