NPCIL Deputy Manager Salary (2025)

Deputy Manager (HR / Finance / C&MM / Law)

• Pay Matrix: Level 10

• Basic Pay: ₹56,100

• DA (55%): ₹30,855

• Total Approx Monthly Pay: ₹86,955

Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)

• Pay Matrix: Level 6

• Basic Pay: ₹35,400

• DA (55%): ₹19,470

• Total Approx Monthly Pay: ₹54,870

Additional benefits include HRA/quarters, medical facilities (CHSS), transport allowance, performance incentives, leave benefits, PF, gratuity, group insurance, and other perks.

NPCIL Deputy Manager Eligibility Criteria 2025

Deputy Manager (Human Resources)

• Graduation in any discipline with full-time MBA/PG Diploma/PG Degree in HR/IR/Labour Welfare/Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks.

• For PwBD candidates: 55% minimum.

Deputy Manager (Finance & Accounts)

• Graduation with full-time MBA/PGDM in Finance
  
  OR

• CA / CMA / CFA

• Minimum 60% marks (55% for PwBD).

Deputy Manager (C&MM)

• Engineering degree in any discipline with full-time MBA/PGDM in:

  • Materials Management

  • Supply Chain

  • Operations Management

  • Logistics

• Minimum 60% marks required.

Deputy Manager (Law)

• Full-time Law degree (LLB) with 60% marks.

• Must be registered with State Bar Council/Bar Council of India.

• 3 years of practical experience in legal work.

Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)

• Master’s Degree in Hindi/English with Hindi/English as compulsory or elective subject
  
  OR

• Master’s Degree in any subject with Hindi medium and English as a compulsory subject
  
  AND

• Diploma/Certificate in translation OR 2 years translation experience.

NPCIL Deputy Manager Recruitment 2025 – Age Limit (as on 27 November 2025)

• Deputy Manager: 18–30 years

• JHT: 21–30 years

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST – 5 years

• OBC(NCL) – 3 years

• PwBD – 10 to 15 years

• Ex-servicemen & others – as per Govt. norms

NPCIL Deputy Manager Selection Process 2025

For Deputy Manager (HR / F&A / C&MM / Law)

Two-stage selection:

Stage 1: Online Examination

• Duration: 120 minutes

• Total Questions: 120

• Marking Scheme: +1 for correct, –0.25 for wrong

• Two Parts:

  • Part-I: Management Aptitude (50 questions)

  • Part-II: Professional knowledge (70 questions)

Stage 2: Interview

• Total Marks: 100

• Minimum Qualifying Marks:

  • UR – 60%

  • SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD/EWS – 50%

• Final merit list based on 50% exam + 50% interview.

For Junior Hindi Translator (JHT)

Stage 1: Preliminary Exam

• 50 MCQs

• Duration: 1 hour

• Subjects:

  • General Hindi – 20 Q

  • General English – 20 Q

  • GK/Math/Reasoning – 10 Q

• Marking: +3 / –1

• Qualifying Marks:

  • UR – 40%

  • Others – 30%

Stage 2: Descriptive Test

• Translation, Essay, Paragraph writing, etc.

• Total Marks: 150

• Qualifying Marks:
